The automatic issuance of the confirmation of receipt of the request for quotation does NOT equate to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
After placing any request online or by email, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the consumer/buyer's order, without prior notice.

SC ARTIX PLUS SRL reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations:
- the services are no longer within the range provided by ARTIX PLUS SRL;
• the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete and/or incorrect;

Product prices are calculated individually, depending on the request sent to SC ARTIX PLUS SRL. The prices offered to the customer do not include shipping fees. These fees will be included in the final price.
ARTIX PLUS SRL also uses the transportation services of other companies.
The responsibility for these transport services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the user's responsibility to know and accept the terms and conditions of the transport services before accepting the use of these services.
- Data protection
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the website www.smartprint.ro managed by SC ARTIX PLUS SRL, is obliged to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that the consumer provides online or by telephone.
The purpose of collecting personal data is to use them to respond to a customer request as follows: request for quotation, firm order, conclusion of a contract, invoicing of ordered products, but also for communicating with the customer during the ordering procedure.
The consumer is obliged to provide real data, which is necessary for the fulfillment of all commitments related to the execution of an order received from him. Refusal to transmit data or the provision of incorrect data determines the right of SC ARTIX PLUS SRL to cancel the order, being considered fictitious.
The recorded information is intended for use by the operator for the purpose of delivering the products and is communicated only by the consumer who places a request on the website www.smartprint.ro. According to Law no. 677/2001, the consumer benefits from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the courts.
